Default Midi CC 123 all notes off being writting unwantingly

Hi,

I have encountered this a couple of times, but now have a good example of corrupted files and correct files.

I am working on a piano edit of which I make one edit out of two takes (placed on a separate track). I edit by copying and glueing (normal procedure) my takes on a new track, not to adjust the raw takes.

In the raw takes there is no CC123 to be found (except the last note of course).
While in my midi edit, there is CC123 messages written all over the place (unwantingly ).

The file gets corrupted after editing. 100% confirmed not during the recording (my colleagues work with other DAW's and never have this issue).

I can provide the project with the correct and corrupt files if needed.

Windows 10
Reaper v5.963 (but also had this with previous versions)

Yep, attaching that project (no audio samples needed), ZIPped up, could help the diagnosis.

Along with the exact steps to take to recreate the problem.

Here is the link to the project folder:

I cannot seem to reproduce the bug exactly. I am sorry.
But is does happen a lot and is very frustrating.
I work almost everyday on editing, recording and re-recording midi to real instruments and I encounter this problem many (unexpected) times.

I do notice that files tend to get corrupted near edits and near the end of a file (last 10 or 20 bars)
