Themes that have MCP folder child indents and hiding tracks in the TCP (FIXED)

I've been dealing with this issue for a while, but never submitted it as a bug:

So here's a few themes that indent child tracks (NotMyFault minus minus, Symbiosis, and ReaLax):







The problem occurs when you hide a child track in the TCP, but keep it visible in the MCP (done via Actions: Track: Toggle show/hide in TCP, or View > Track Manager). Initially it behaves how you'd expect and still looks like the above 3 screenshots. However, upon closing and re-opening Reaper, any tracks that are hidden in the TCP will no longer be indented:







I'm not sure why WALTER thinks the folderstate has changed and I can't seem to figure how to fix this.
