Default pooled regions

Regions that are copied can be pooled so that all midi items are pooled. Doing this with audio items would be really cool also, however, it would need exceptions, namely for like if you have a main vocal which has differences going through a project, and you want all the music to be the same, and if you added other elements in a future verse or whatever.

When you copy audio items, they are always "pooled" - i.e. references.

Well, when it comes to editing audio, you're starting a whole new story:
In general it is the problem of "pooled boxes", discussed here:
"Pooled Boxes" with some pictures
.

And the nice thing is: the entire problem has already been solved - by
using a script from “MonkeyBars”: Superglue Script.

All of us - here in the Reaper forum - thank MonkeyBars.
