I have audio coming from app A through ReaRoute to REAPER, many channels.
I put SIR (or any FX with latency) on one of the channels.
I'd like for PDC to work, so that all channels would be in sync. (of course, the entire playback would be delayed by the SIR latency)

Currently I don't think this (PDC) is possible, at least I couldn't make that work (using Renoise). If it is then please tell me how.
It would be great to have that. If it's too difficult/impossible to implement with ReaRoute, then please let me know.
