FX Insert on Routing

We can insert fx on other channels than 1/2 but having a FX Insert on the Routing is more intuitive.
THIS IS A MUST HAVE PLEASE !

What is "The Routing" ?

(And "intuitive" is a per-user feature, so "must have" is just for a single person before doing a decent statistic.)
