Default Does Reaper have --> Delay with four independent delay lines?

Sonar has the perfect plug‑in for this
application: the DSP‑FX Delay, which has four independent delay lines, each with Delay, Feedback, Level and Pan controls.

Or does it exist in any other delay plugins. Free ones would be nice

ReaDelay can have multiple delay lines - just add tabs for as many as you need

There's no pan options for each lines.

Yes, it's the smaller unlabeled slider at the right of Volume.

Yes there is. It's not labeled for some reason (!?!) but it's just to the right of the volume slider at the bottom of the tab.
