Default DB25 A/D PCIe Card?

Does it exist? My Mackie firewire mixer has DB25 out. The drivers suck, so is there a low latency card accepting DB25 input? AFAIK the Lynx/RME AES cards will not work...

I'm pretty sure there's no standard pinout for something like that so if you can't find something made by Mackie you'd have to make a custom breakout cable.

PCI interfaces are rare (ignoring regular "soundcards"). Most interfaces are external USB "boxes" with XLR or TRS inputs.

There's only a few pinouts for audio via a D25 connector. The most widely spread these days is the Tascam pinout. And Mackie uses that, IIRC, at least for the 8-bus Mackie I know.

It should be easy enough to find a cable from D25 to XLR, or jacks.

As far as PCI, I don't know any cards with D25 only. Probably no market for it and a bit of a support problem, considering other pinouts in the past.

Actually my Mackie runs audio on 24/25 pins (8 mono + 8 stereo inputs). I know I can connect an analog snake, but was hoping to upgrade my audio device without splashing out for a bunch of IO connections. I'm sure there's no market for it, but I'd wager there's the odd example of it around somewhere...if I knew what to search for.
