Menu editing in general
Hello Reaper Devs!
From I have seen, a right-click on the main menus (file, edit, ...) does nothing.
My request is that a right-click on these menus be made functional in the following manner...
--> Right-click on a menu presents the option to edit that menu.
If I select that option, then reaper opens the [Customize Menus/Toolbars...] dialog with that very menu pre-selected.

Imagine a shortcut to editing the menu you just right clicked on.

Additional features for the right-click? Toggling of functions? Nesting of meta-menus? Go wild with your DAW expertise and imagination.
If you do happen to like this idea, then you may even consider extending it to the other context menus.
While today's right-click does trigger/execute the various other context menus (tcp, item, ...), the left-click already does this. That's what a left click is for.
Instead of duplicating the left/right click functionality, you could blaze a new path forward by separating the two.
I hope that you like this idea and that it inspires your creativity.
Many thanks for the time and effort you put into producing this truly wonderful product and community. You are +++ in my books.
Cheers,
boolin'
