Default a FEW fr'S FOR THIS BUILD...

1. Better implemented midi file export. I should be able to select multiple tracks of midi and export them as multiple OR merged midi files. This would be a huge boon...

2. Improve bar offset by offering the option of setting the offset wherever the cursor is. Right click on the ruler, and enter the starting bar right there. A great help when you are recording sequential takes!!!

i'm not sure i know what you mean, but maybe what you want to do can be done by inserting a time signature marker (same tempo) and checking "set time signature" (same time signature), which puts the next bar @ the cursor.

and by the way, i would not post an obviously not pre-release related FR here.

Default Sorry...

about the perhaps inappropriate placement. We are recording sequential takes, performed off of the same chart. Our midi file has a built in 2 bar count, so the 1st take off the top gets an offset of -1, entered into the offset box in the project setup dialogue. I have to reset that offset for every take that comes along. It works, but it's clumsy. Being able to drop whatever bar start I want with a simple right click would be very elegant.
