Default Hiding Kontakt tracks

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a way to temporary hide the containing folder, the Kontakt instrument and all its underlaying separate midi & mixer tracks. I've found some actions to hide separate tracks but not one to hide a complete folder.
can anybody help me?
Kind regards,
Bert

If you are using SWS Extension, there are two actions you can use or put in a Cycle action:

- Select children of selected folder track(s)
then
- Hide selected track(s)

Thanks Kabraxis,
Sounds great I'll give it a try.

Then comes the next question:
Is there an easier way to unhide the hidden Kontaktfolder then selecting the rights tracks in the trackmanager? Something like the SWS extension actions?

Track Manager -> Options -> Changing visibility or grouping for folder tracks also affects tracks in the folder

But maybe i misunderstood your question

Hi Smandrap,
Looks al lot like it.
In my track manager the Kontakt midi tracks are only visible in the TCP and the audiotracks only in the MCP. It would be nice if these settings can be restored when the folder will be unhidden. I'll give it a try....
thanks

Not sure how to fit into your workflow but there are many actions in SWS, like "SWS: Show all tracks" or "SWS: Show selected track(s) in MCP only"

It all effects both the midi and audiotracks.
Perhaps it's an idea to rename the children tracks and mark them as midi or audio track and then use a name filter which defines which tracktype to show and which tracktype to hide in the TCP & MCP.....

Back to the drawingboard....
