UI knob does.
Try to automate slider3 in a container, I couldn't under Windows 10.
(I kinda feel like a troll right now)

Hmm works fine here, can you make a licecap showing what you're trying to do?
Why do you feel like a troll?

i thought reaper would allow moving a spacer into last position, but reaper deletes it. I wish spacers where more straight forward to add into TCP - simple like tracks and so ability to create in TCP empty space.
I wish we could just add spacer like we add tracks.
- Insert spacer into last position or after selected track
- maybe ability to create spacers after other spacers.
But i don't know what's up next, but this and what i wrote earlier about adding tracks above spacer , is what i feel when using this new feature.

@Justin
Ok so I was preparing the licecap but it turns out that it now works for me as well.
I've encountered a bug earlier where automation items and regular automations weren't affecting the contained plugin. I've worked around it by removing the special character (µ) in the slider description and recompiling; so I figured it was the problem in the first place.
I'll keep digging.
(The troll stuff is just an FX container joke — too soon?)
EDIT: Ok, I've reproduced the bug!
1) add a JSFX (I haven't tried with anything else yet) to a track
2) modulate one of its parameters with an LFO
3) add a Container to the track
4) move the JSFX in the Container with alt+drag
5) disable the parameter modulation
6) map the parameter to the container
7) add an enveloppe to the container's parameter to which the JSFX's one is mapped
8) move the enveloppe: the JSFX shouldn't react.

I have been in trouble with SPACERs when scrolling with the mouse wheel (or horizontal mousewheel) in MCP. After pass ahead or behind a spacer suddenly I cannot scroll anymore, it seems that it is happening when the spacer reaches the left border of the window. There is no problem scrolling with the scroll bars. Scrolling in TCP is functioning normally. There is no problem with my mouse!

Confirmed here. After a spacer has been scrolled to the left edge of the mixer display, mousewheel scrolling doesn't work into either direction anymore. This state can be reset by scrolling from the scroll bar, but will repeat as soon as the spacer hits the left edge again.

I bumped into a problem with Midi Loopback and retroactively recorded midi.
When I create a track with some sort of velocity modifier FX, route this track's MIDI signal back into Reaper's input with Loopback, then I can record FX-modified MIDI on another track in Reaper with standard settings MIDI Input > All MIDI Inputs.
But when I use 'Insert Retroactively recorded midi' action, only the original midi signal from controller is inserted, not the one modifer through FX and then routed back with MIDI Loopback.
Here are some images documenting my setup.

Another one regarding retroactively recorded midi, and it does not happen in pre-release v6.79rc1 - April 20 2023.
Retroactively recorded midi is misaligned from beat count and inserts on a track on unexpected positions.

Sure, old builds are here:

That's where FTC takes them.
