Bug: Restoring original right toolbar width after opening/closing other docked window

If a right docked toolbar is set to minimum width, then:

• opening / closing another docked window at the same place will not restore the original toolbar width (possibly collapsing space separator between buttons)
• opening / resizing another docked window at the same place will make the toolbar inherit form this docked window width if this one is toggle back off

Expected behavior: restoring original toolbar width.

(tested on Win x64, REAPER v5.981)
