Theme | How to center tcp.fxparam plugin names?

I'm trying to figure it out how to margin plugin names in TCP fxlist
I want it to be in the center like in Default 5 theme.

This:

set tcp.fxparm.margin                           [3 0 3 0 0 14 0.5 6]

Just set 7th digit to 0.5
