Default Plugins not showing up even though they are scanned

I am having a problem where some scanned plugins do not show up in the FX browser. (Windows 10 64bit)
I can see the plugin scanning process go over the .dll files, however they do not show up. If I take a look at the reaper-vstplugins64.ini file I can see plugins that do not show up have truncated names compared to ones that load correctly. Fixing the truncated entries make the plugins show up in the FX browser. However inserting them makes them load offline.

I just installed a fresh Windows 10 2004 version today, the problem did not exist in my old OS (that was an older edition of Windows 10, I believe it was 1607)

The truncated lines mean that the plug-in wasn't able to be loaded. Is it possible that they are bridged plug-ins and bridging support wasn't enabled when you last installed REAPER?

Thanks for the response!
None of the plugins required bridging, however after installing + scanning a few more plugins and restarting my computer today the problem seems to be gone. Everything is showing up again as usual, not sure what was wrong or what changed.

(Maybe one of the plugin installers installed a library that certain plugins would require for loading?)

I solved the same issue like you couple minutes ago. Tough story. VC++ Redist 2013 package was missing on my computer and I have to install it manually. I guess one your newly installed plugin did the same on background.
