Default Regions with Tempo Markers and Region Playlist

Dear Reapers,

Situation:

1) created a few Regions in Arrange.
2) Each Region's start position has a Tempo Marker in the ruler.
These tempo markers make sure the Region is aligned to Reaper's (tempo) grid.
3) I create a Region Playlist which contains these Regions.

Is it possible to "lay out" this Region Playlist onto Repear's Arrange view, INCLUDING the tempo markers ?

Example:

Region Playlist:

3 times Region A
2 Times Region B
1 Time Region C

The wishful function will repeat Region A 3 times in Arrange view, each repeat will have a Tempo Marker at it's start
It will then repeat Region B 2 times in Arrange view, each repeat will have a Tempo Marker at it's start
It will then place 1 time Region C in Arrange view, with a Tempo Marker at it's start.

Main goal of this all is that everything stays "locked" to reaper's tempo grid.
So Reaper Tempo will always "follow" each Region's Tempo, making it possible to add additional midi tracks to these Regions, which would play in sync with the Regions.

i agree. this feels essential in rearranging parts, especially for long, involved compositions. i'm shocked i have yet to find a way to keep tempo markers with the regions. if you shift the region forwards in time, they will follow. if i move the region back in time, they don't move. very odd.
