Default Magic AB VST stops keyboard input (5.7)

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this slipped in in the previous update or the one before. Running Magic A/B on the master and focusing on it makes reaper completely unresponsive to keystrokes (also the space bar). However mouse modifiers do still work. Closing/deleting the plugin does not help. Opening a new tab and switching to it does temporarily fix it (until I focus on Magic A/B again).

Running: Reaper 5.79 64 bit on Windows 10.

I think its currently a general/usual behavior with the FX windows but considered as a Feature Request to change this by some people including myself (make it passthrough)

I don't think this is intended behavior as it didn't happen before and the keyboard is not released at all. Even after removing the plug-in.

Update:

The problem also started happening with another plugin: Valhalla reverb. But!... it seems to have something to do with a custom script with GUI that I was running constantly (sort of a channelstrip). When this script is not open the problem hasn't occurred yet.

However, there was a time when everything did work (and I haven't changed the custom script in a while).

Thought I would share this.
