Default tcp controls align, fxparameters too?

Dear devs, found this:

v3.13pre2 - October 9 2009
-snip-
+ Track icons: set all tracks to the same width when any track icons are used

..when this function is enabled, the trackicons stay in place at the top right of the TCP and don't move down the tcp anymore.

The FXparameters still keep to the left and leave a space open at the right side of the tcp, like the trackicon could move down, but it won't with this new function.

Can it be made possible that the fxparameters utilize the whole area under the vubar/trackicon, or will the open space on the right stay that way?

Confirmed, it happens whether the track icons are aligned or not:

In previous versions of Reaper the icon would drop down next to the fxparameters when the tcp was zoomed out vertically. Now that doesn't happen anymore, the icon stays put next to the buttons, pan and vubar, wether the 'align' pref is ticked or not.

Leaving quite a space next to the fxparameters.
