Roomworks SE is the most awesome reverb plugin I've ever seen but unfortunately it's for Cubase only. If somebody can re-create it for Reaper, I'll be super thankful!
Why do you think that this work is viable to do as a script ? Reaper features ReaVerb as a convolution engine which in fact is not a script.
I suppose (wild guess) that Roomworks SE is (or could be emulated by) a convolution engine plus a set of impulse files plus a "CuBase-user friendly" GUI to combine (and/or) impulses and set appropriate (filter etc.) Parameters similar like ReaVerbs built-in RverbGenerator and EchoGenerattor impulses.
