Default impOSCar 1 crashes Reaper (SOLVED)

I'm having difficulty with Gforce's original impOSCar plugin.

As soon as I load the plugin, Reaper becomes unresponsive and hangs. Forcing me to kill the process.
I can see the impOSCar's GUI come up, but then everything locks up.

The plugin is a 32-bit only plugin.
I'm using latest Reaper 5.52 one Windows 10 64-bit.
I don't have this behavior with any of my other plugins.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Is it a known bug?

I remember using it ages ago and not having any problems... Since then I stopped using it as I upgraded to version 2

I owned and sold v2 at one time.
Upgrading would still cost me 90 pounds, which is a bit steep for something I don't use all the time.

So I would rather get v1 working...

Looks like you need to run it in a bridge to avoid REAPER crashing.

Yes, thanks guys..

Managed to fix it by running it with jbridge.

Only works when checking the "Performance mode" option in jbridge settings or thw hole audio processing in Reaper becomes strange and glitchy for all plugins (not just this bridged one).
