Combing default visual C++ solutions for multiple frameworks

Hi,

I want to use WDL with a few other frameworks, each comes with its own Visual Studio solution, preconfigured with all the correct settings.

How can I combine the settings from multiple projects as a way of getting these few frameworks running?

I imagine its not an exact approach and there may be conflicts, but where are the main settings windows that I would need to check for both projects to try and merge the settings?
