Reaper freezes briefly when opening Kontakt fx window
Kontakt has suddenly started freezing briefly, for about 4-5 secs, every time I open its fx window. Floating or fx chain doesn't make a difference.
It seems to have to do with getting the tempo from Reaper. Upon opening the fx window, Kontakt tempo shows as 0.00 BPM until after the 4-5 secs when it shows the project tempo correctly. This is not something that happens once per plugin instance, but rather every time I open it.
Instruments load fast, no problem there.

Reaper 6.14 (I've tried with 6.13 as well, same thing)
Mac Pro 5,1 with 96 GB RAM with NVMe for the macOS drive and SSD sample drives
Did a move recently to the NVMe drive using Migration Assistant but have since reinstalled Kontakt though Native Access.
I've searched the forum but can't find any similar issue. Anyone recognize this behaviour?
