Default Timecode issue in broadcast surrounding

Dear Colleagues, maybe someone with similar problems...

Setup:
Multitrack WAV (played back by Teatro-Ros Software) is mastersync on track four for Cuepilot video-system and lightning-grandma. SMPTE is generated by Reaper and Multiwav is rendered in Reaper.
System:
Reaper5.62 on OSX/48kHz 24bit, RME MadifaceXT,Lawo mc66

The by reaper generated SMPTE Timecode (LTC 25:00 fps) is not readable by both other devices (Cuepilot, Lightning Desk) or readable with heavy dropouts. Our workaround: We created a SMPTE source track in Nuendo, rendered it to WAV, inserted this media file in Reaper and rendered the Multitrack WAV in Reaper.

The SMPTE-out of Reaper sounds like a low passed LTC track and very different to the SMPTE LTC Mastergenerator of the OB truck or the LTC out of the Nuendo System. It is of course not a problem of distance (MM fiber, Lawo Dallis). The sound difference is heavy noticeable by monitoring the different sources. Maybe problems with the edge steepness of the Reaper generated SMPTE LTC?

Best regards from Cologne, Germany.
Thank you for all your work in Reaper, great stuff !!!
