Default Vocalign 4 pro crashes reaper

Hello everybody,
new to the forums so forgive me if I make any mistakes are leave anything out,
I will add/edit upon corrections.

I recently purchased Vocalign 4 pro, and when I attempt to add it
(as VST3) to the FX of one of my tracks, Reaper crashes.

I'm not sure that I can provide a crash report,
because what actually happens is once I attempt to add it,
the Add FX window, FX:Track window, and main Reaper window,
all gain (Not Responding) to the end of their window title bars,
and remain that way (and unresponsive) until I close Reaper entirely.

When I go to close Reaper, I get a Windows dialogue box stating that Reaper is not responding, and it asks if I would like to close Reaper and it warns about losing changes.

I'm currently using Reaper v6.12c/x64 on Windows,
VST3 VocAlignPRo(64)bit,

I am not sure what other data I can provide, please direct if there is something I am leaving off.

I will give a brief history of what I have tried to do to solve:

Inside of options/preferences/VST,

I have attempted (I believe) probably every combination of checking or unchecking the following box's:

1. Default VST to generic UI (instead of plug in UI)
2. Bypass audio while opening plug in config window
3. Enable ARA for VST3 plugins that support it

I have uninstalled and reinstalled (and repaired) Vocalign itself.
I have re-scanned the VST folders in Reaper a few times, and attempted
to scan the VST for Vocalign in it's own sepperate folder. My VST3 folder currently
also contains analog lab 3 and Melodyne, which both function without any problems.

I have attempted adding Vocalign to multiple different tracks in different projects, as well.

I think that's about all. I'm generally a little stumped, I am relatively savvy
technologically but mostly only once I've seen things done at least once,
but I only found one thread in all my searching of a similar problem, and I belive
that's what led me to try "Enabling ARA" or possibly "Bypassing audio" to no avail.

I have also attempted running Vocalign in "buggy plugin compatibility mode, accessed by right clicking the VST3 title in the Add FX window. Also to no avail.

Any and all advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Default Small update

So, OP
here-
Small update on the status.
I've gotten a hold of the support team over at VocAlign, (synchro arts)
and they also have no idea. They basically pointed me towards getting the newest
version of reaper, (which I had/have) and then said they would keep digging,
and that "they haven't seen any issue like this before" either.

That was maybe a week ago, and I haven't heard back from them since.

Sorry it's not much good news,
but I thought it might be important to know that Synchro Arts is also stumped.

Thanks everybody- I will post if I ever come up with a solution.

Hey, this is getting a bit old, I'm hoping you found a solution. Can you update us?

I'm having a problem with Vocalign (different from yours) so I'm curious.

No, sorry. No solutions.
I actually gave up on Vocalign for awhile,
and only recently tried going back. I returned pro at the time.
I just started with Vocalign project, the demo version,
and it stills crashes Reaper.

It's open on about 6 instances, and I can get about 3 or so minutes of work done before it will crash the whole project. Which is better than Pro was, if I remember correctly, Pro would crash reaper without me even being able to open a project.

Sorry sir.
I think at this point we're likely better off either finding an alternative, or if vocalign has a stand alone application that can be used with exported wav files or something, that might be the only work around.

Although, apparently there is a Reaper version?
"If you're on Reaper, there's a free vocalign script you can find on Reapack i think... "mpl_align. lua"

I saw this on google. Maybe we should try that?
