Okay, I will wrap up re-calibrating the meter scale so it is accurate [package the extra fader knobs and tidy up the code] then post it to the stash.

I can't get the idx number to the bottom of the MCP so they will have to live at the top (stubborn buggers). I will clean them up the best I can.

I have an idea for a channel strip with a vertical label and a hidden volume fader with transparent fader knob incorporated into to label, but I never got to it. I didn't anticipate all the trouble with the backgrounds. I plan to do an update in the future and add the channel.

That means I hope to have it out today and I will do and update with an added channel strip at a later date.

I have the grand-kids coming over in about 10 minutes, so that will delay things just a bit, but I am very close to finished.

Sure, the only reason they were not on there was I had am issue with them I didn't have time to work out and wanted to get the theme released. They will make it out in the update.

BTW - how do you like the new 9px fader knobs?

Martin,

Rereading your request. Do you want an MCP channel like the one depicted in the screen shoot or one like the one one in the screen shot with absolutely no meter? If so, how about one with a washedout meter like on the master?

Got you, no room for scale beside with larger meters, only so much space and so few pixels to work with. I will make some with no meter and call them "flying blind" . I also plan on adding the ones with the internal scales. And I think I may do one with a faint scale like the master.

Edit: Looking at this again, I can use negative offset to move the fader hard left and give you a larger meter on the martini channel with the external markings. How is that?

Just posted 1a version of theme. Made meter a 1px wider than original meter on the unmodified theme. If I go wider, the scale appears inside the meter. I tried setting to turn it off, but was unsuccessful in doing so. The setting the original themer used does not turn off the scale, it was turned off because of meter width.

I ended up making meter even wider on MKX version of channel strip (which will probably make you want a wider meter on your the standard Martini channel now and get me in trouble ).

Let me know how the new meter works for you.
