I check out the themes that catch my eye every now and then. I always think they look pretty cool, but never like them as much as the default, not even close.
This theme has something different to me. It's the only theme outside of the default I could use.
Thanks for this one.

Default is good isn't it? Only thing that bothers me about it, but it's not just the default is when you're showing envelopes and you've got track icons. It looks pretty ugly then I think.

Not too related, but something about the Automation modes, look completely off in the Default theme. But most other themes look fine.
I love Rado Vox, but it's the only theme I ever tried using that didn't look right when adding it to the themes' list. But that was a while ago. I'll try again soon.

I found it:
rtconfig.txt
Quote:
set tcp.meter h<29 [246 7 7 10 1 0 1 0] [246 6 7 59 1 0 1 1]
|
set "h<29" to h<20 or smaller and you got the "normal" meter even on smallest track height

Here's a modification I did for this beautiful theme.
Basically I added the MCP folder indent (many thanks to White Tie for this great Walter hack. I also borrowed some theme elements from him ).
Also did some general (subjective) face lifting here and there, and added a couple of new layouts: narrower default mcp, thin and thin rec mcp, and a simplified default tcp.

Nice work! How to indent folder in MCP? Is there some hint for it?

You mean this?:
I put it in rtconfig.txt as layout 09. Copied everything from default and change two lines:
set tcp.meter w>117 h>94 [23 69 215 17 0 0 1 0] [246 6 4 62 1 0 1 1]
set tcp.meter w>29 h<29 [246 8 4 10 1 0 1 0]
And then of course I binded it to layout action, to a button and to shortcut

I've been using your RADO VOX theme exclusively for several months now. It is beautiful and a joy to work with.
Are you planning an update or new version or was your message today just a "bump"?

Someone had conveniently moved a comment of mine from another thread into my thread..
I just deleted it.
I have no plans to update the theme.

Your RADO VOX has become my permanent theme (with a few minor tweaks). Love the colors, very comfortable and easy on the eyes.
Just wanted to say thanks so much!

The only thing that bothered me about this theme (which has been my stable theme for months now) has been solved with the v7: the indented mcp folder!! THANKS, both of you vStyler and Seventh!

Hmm.. i don't think thanking everyone all the way down the chain is mandatory for general posters, I certainly mentioned him in the OP.
Nice add-on Seventh..

I just noted that people are thanking you and not Nick......just didn't want his efforts to go unnoticed by the general posters.......

I did a search for Bundled Toolbars but only found this thread.
What are the "Bundled Toolbars" and where can I find them? Thanks!

Teksonik, enough is enough...
..maybe instead of coming in my thread and attempting to be chivalrous, you can quit while you are ahead.. people will thank who they want, when they want and honestly, it's none of your damn business.
If you want Nick to feel good about himself, by all means go brown nose in his original thread, this thread is mine and Nick has been given due props, and recognition by me.
So, as a sign of respect for ME, please take it elsewhere.
and don't expect a thank you for doing so.
