Default Set MIDI inputs to all channels

Shortcut: set MIDI channels pf selected tracks too all channels does not work, wheras "set track record mode to Output Stereo or mono" works perfectly. Would like to have shortcut for MIDI : INPUT/ all MIDI Inputs / all channels.

Thanx, many thanx. Unbelievable - it really works I still do not comprehend REaper language, but it works, I mean "i0M" means midi all channels, I am not able to speak and understand this language, but it works, yes it works. Thanx and how can I assign a shortcut to "i0M"`?

Sorry, but do not understand. Don´t want to assign to a virtual Keyboard, simple selecting tracks, then hit a shortcut-key and midi Input is set to all channels. Cycle-action ?? I ve read the thread, all I see now is the fact that I am not the only one who does not have a clue... why acting so mysteriously ? Say Yes it works! (with clear explanation) or No it does not work!, please or maybe I just do not comprehend this topic. I surrender. At least Reaconsole makes it a little easier.

Default Yes, it works !

The cycle action window belongs to the SWS extensions.
Download and install them.

Open the window.
On the left side you can add a new action by right-clicking on it. Give it a name.

On the right side you can add a command.
Right click on the window and add a 'console' command.
It should look like this now: CONSOLE i0m

Hit apply.
Close the window.
Open the actions list window, search for the newly created action and
assign a shortcut to it.

Mysteriously ?

Some quotes from the threads mentioned above...

(Removed the quotes, because the pictures no longer exist.)

Believe it or not, it works !
There are lot of things you can do and add within Reaper, you just have to know how Thanx

The only shortcut I would like to add is "Toggle buffer size" (between 256 and 1024) - but that seems to be even more complicated.
