Default K-Mix

I visited the Keith McMillan site to see if there were any new goodies for my little Qunexus. He's got an interesting new product in development, the K-Mix.

I wondered what they meant by that.. I guess it's a referenece to not having moving fader parts..

It won't get that cheap "missing fader cap" look after a few years.. but it might get that grimey look the old arcade games at 7-11 would get around their buttons.

Highly unlikely, having used the Qunexus extensively, which I presume is made of the same or similar materials as this K-Mix, I'd say these McMillan products will look good for years to come. My Q is still like new after much serious abuse.

Interesting company, the developer said that his more recent products couldn't be built in the US as the manufacturing techniques and materials weren't available. China was the only place it could be done.

Neat product! I wonder how it fares for monitor mixes?
