Dandruff beat me to it but yeah...

Band 0 = 1
Band 1 = 2
Band 2 = 3
Band 3 = 4

Four bands in the default config.

your are all correct, so it is a numbering bug.
The gui display, and the automation list are not consistent.

I wouldn't necessarily say it was a 'bug'. Most programmers start internal lists or registers at zero. It just makes sense. Now if you are going to expose the "guts" to the user... I guess you should keep things consistent.
