Sending files to the windows recycle bin?

Hi

What would be the best way to send files to the windows recycle bin from a ReaScript?

Mac and Linux are pretty straightforward, but from what I could gather, the only way on windows is using an external tool called "recycle.exe", and using and shell command to do it, which sounds kinda un-safe.

Any better ideas to do it anyway?
