Apple presets question.

Hello,
A good friend of mine said of Reaper;

Using the fx is simplicity itself,
but of all the preset Apple effects available, the one I like most...
'large stage' in the Matrix Reverb... isn't loaded. So I'm going to try
loading it myself; but REAPER doesn't seem to recognize .pst files. Any
suggestions? Perhaps they can be converted?

Any suggestions ?
