Medeli DD-506 Cymbal Choke Aftertouch
Since the Medeli DD-506 kit sends cymbal chokes as MIDI CC-messages, most drum plug-ins can't understand them.
This JS will convert the left and right cymbal choke messages to polyphonic aftertouch messages that e.g. EzDrummer will understand.
When testing this with EzDrummer, some choke notes seem to be dropped. I suspect it's EzDrummers fault but I don't really know...
Usage notes:
Set the Medeli DD-506 to Kit 004. Also set midi output to "P-N" in utility menu.
This will only convert the choke messages to their respective aftertouch messages, it will not remap the kit for use with a drum plugin. To remap the keys, IX/MIDI_KeyMap works fine.
