Default Is this Midi website genuine or fake?

Could you pls help me?

I found this website, which claims to provide a subscription model for latest midi files. Apparently you pay an amount for one month / 6 months, etc so that you can download as many midi files as you want.

http://www.supreme-network.com/midis/

Does anyone use this site before? Can you determine if this site is genuine or fake?

Thank you

It looks like a pirate site to me. It mentions absolutely nothing about intellectual property, for one thing.

And so do the websites of those 'affiliates'.

they have nothing from Bowie ... this site is lame.

I think this website is legit, although it comes around a bit fishy. because of the affiliates and the suspectous links to link-farms. but that could be because of the responsible persons have no clue about that you dont do "SEO" and never with this mechanics to have good "SEO".

anyway ...

so this site is located within the USA, in Utah. probably this site is driven by Mormons.

I dont think that a site that sells pirated work has its adress in that place. "the FEDs wont find us in Utah! they never come here."

so ... they havent hid anything. and under terms there is an paragraph about copyrights and such.

Probably some guy/gal and his/her buddies banging out backing tracks, with no idea that the intellectual property secret police are loading up the SWAT vehicles... with a phalanx of lawyers in limos close behind.

Thank you for your replies so far. It is very difficult to find free midi files of latest songs. So I was wondering if this site is good value for money.

More advice is appreciated.

Yes, I'm sure they did, no dis to you whiteaxxxe, but we know the screen ain't real life. They're covering their 6 until they get hammered, and the site goes dark.

Perhaps I'm a bit jaundiced, but I've downloaded MIDI files of tunes they claimed was "just like the record" before, and had to go back and tweak them until they sounded close to the track. Wrong chords, wrong tempos, even fake book arrangements of popular songs (which is where they probably originated).
When I sent emails to complain, the daemon kicks it back as "undeliverable". Lo and behold, the site's down.
Not a fan.

My money's on fail in 6 months, a year tops.

free midi-files of chart-songs? you know that a midi-file is like a printed sheet a cover of a song which is the property of the composer??

midi-files cant be free, if they are free its a copyright-infringement.

that explains why there are no free midi-files of latest songs????

Default Supreme Midi review. 2 OUT OF 10...SERIOUSLY

Hi guys. In answer to those asking about how genuine Supreme Midi are, please read my personal experience. I saw the 16
95 for a month and decided to try it as I didn't have time to do my usual thing of programming my own tracks. I thought one months searching in such a big database would be a great way to build a library. How wrong was I. Quite simply, the tracks are at best, amateur hobbyist level. The timings are shocking, and the instrumentation is nothing like the original songs. I set about sorting one track just to see how much would be involved, and to be honest, doing the tracks from scratch would have been better.
Also the system for downloading, is really annoying, with a set delay of 20seconds, where you have to wait and something, before the track downloads. Sounds trivial, but try downloading 20 or 30 tracks, and it gets really tedious. I also found most of the tracks I downloaded, were all over various midi sites for free, so this company is no Song Galaxy, or Midi DB, but are simply leaching files from free sites in my opinion.
I emailed them mid month to cancellation any payments and comment (politely) about the quality, and was ignored. They just took another 16.95 from my account, which they refuse to refund
BOTTOM LINE......AVOID AVOID.

Next time pay via paypal or your credit card. They cant NOT refund on those.

Direct debits are always a bit iffy.
