Number of ReaRoute ASIO channels not set permanently
Reaper 5.973, windows 10. The number of ASIO channels of ReaRoute cannot be set permanently. It defaults to 16 channels each time the application and Reaper are both closed. Next run, the user has to set the number of channels again! This was not happening in earlier versions, the number of channels set was "remembered" permanently.
To reproduce the bug:
Run audio application (such as Wavelab, or anything). In settings, open the ASIO control panel for ReaRoute. Set the number of channels to anything other than 16, for example set 64. CLose the panel.
Run Reaper, you see nicely your 64 channels and you can use them perfectly.
Now, close Reaper, close the application (such as Wavelab). Close all applications which were using ReaRoute.
Next, run the application (such as Wavelab) again. Open the ASIO dialog: you see the default 16 channels, the other channels are GONE. Open reaper and Reaper does not see the additional ReaRoute channels.
The desired behavior: once set, the number of ASIO channels for ReaRoute should be permanently "remembered", untin next use change.
