Default *.MOV & *.ts

Hello boys & girls!

A new newbie here. May I ask some simple questions?
Can I change with REAPER 6 the Audio sound in the iPhone 14 Pro recorded video (split/edit/swap)?
For example, if I make a recording with a separate external microphone and then swap original audio with separate audio from external device.
When we talk about the video, what video formats are supported? It is described in video formats in user manual but not too much about *.MOV which is used in iPhone.
I know other programs for this but what you say about it via REAPER 6?

Has anyone tried?

20.6 Understanding Video Formats and bla bla bla...

I am interested for example iPhone (*.MOV) and *.ts (transport stream). I can't find information on this.

About *.ts (transport stream) - I'm interested also to split video and audio to separate files. Is that possible with REAPER 6? After I would like to convert the audio to another format (--> wav/mp3).

Thank you for very expert help, I appreciate it very much!

You can definetely substitute the audio track of a video in Reaper. There are numerous videos about that and I would recommend a visit to the Reaper blog (see Reaper web site under "Ressources").

BTW video formats are confusing just google "video container mov specs" to have a good explanation.
