what a strange song... it's been haunting me for a couple days

the story line is hard to follow... it's confusing but somehow it hangs together...

like life.. maybe that's its appeal

There is an intended story from my mind but it's left pretty open ended. Some of it is meant literal and some is metaphorical. E.g. the bridge I imagined being part of the female character's dream, but it can be whatever you make of of it.

Anyway, I just now updated the mix, hopefully audible even in soundclick's lowly 128 kbps format.

yeah, I like it a lot!

and for my part, this ong isn't strange at all. It's just a great up beat song that has great hooks, and wonderfully played parts

Drums sounding good. Liking el.guitar, vocal arr/mix in chorus, bassguitar sound.
Some piano/keybord-parts sounds a little cheesy to me, and give me associations to one man dance band -not intended I believe. Other piano-parts sounds just fine.

I just updated the mix again, the synth parts were from an early 90s ROMpler module I recently bought, it's kinda cheesy and fun. In the new mix I have turned down those parts in places + layered them a bit differently.

Very nicely crafted song. The arrangement is awesome.

The production here is top notch. This is an extremely good sounding mix. Perfectly balanced, dynamic and it really frames the song wonderfully, which is the ultimate goal.

Excellent playing, man. Everything is great.

I always find your productions to be quite remarkable. This is no exception. Nice job.
