Send OSC Message on track change

I am setting up TouchOSC on my Tablet and Phone, and wish TouchOSC would automatically detect when I change tracks in Reaper. The other way works fine, but it seems Reaper does not send any information (over MIDI or OSC). Is this possible?

I am pretty sure this is a Reaper thing, because TouchOSC responds fine when I change track name, record arming, solo and mute settings. These seem to be transmitted across OSC.

DEVICE_TRACK_FOLLOWS DEVICE

to

DEVICE_TRACK_FOLLOWS LAST_TOUCHED
