Default New instrumental (jazzy/electro/tribal)

My friend said this sounds like the theme to a 70's detective show (he mentioned Mannix, showing his age). It's got a bit of crazy strings, and shifts to African percussion in the middle (actually, six tracks of percussion). Let me know if you like it...

Yes, this was a combination of "familiarity" and "strangeness". When listening to this, I wrote the following notes:

02:12 (nothing but the timing mark - I guess my intention was to write some encouraging comment but then I started to listen some detail and forgot about writing anything)

02:45 just when the vocal (samples I guess?) started to bug me they were gone, so that was good

Having the strings like that was quite important for this song, I think.
