Default Reaper locking up when zooming in

Can someone check if this project locks up their reaper? It seems to be an issue with the tempo map/changes. Does not lock up when changes are removed.

The project locks up within seconds of zooming in and out a bunch of the wheel button.

Nope, all OK here (after over 30 seconds of mouse-wheel zooming)

Duplicated, thank you, fixing I hope. As far as I can tell this only affects win64, too, btw.

How did you do that?

Windows 7 64-bit here (but using Reaper 32-bit).
