Default Hardware Reverb unit

I was wondering how the hell you send and receive to a hardware reverb unit.

I hae and RME fireface which has great routing capabilities and I notice that sonar and cubase and well.. all the other ones are very helpful with supporting this and as I have a resonable unit i wanted to use it to free some CPU usuage. It better work!

I´am not sure, but would guess you´d assign a track´s output to the harware outputs your outboard FX is connected to and send to that. Then you would need another track as a receive with input monitoring activated, meaning you´d have to switch it´s record mode to "disable (record monitoring only).

But I am new to Reaper, so there probably is a way to have both on a single track. Let´s see what others come up with.
