Default Broken loop bars (SOLVED)

hi, please try to load this empty project and tell me if the loop bars are broken.

https://forum.cockos.com/attachment....1&d=1509721540

edit: the problem with this project is that i can't draw a different loop region, or alter the existing one.

It's not broken, it's locked. Perhaps you have accidentally pressed the 'L' key. It is bound to the action "Options: Toggle locking" by default.

Check out the action "Options: Show lock settings".
