Ok, time for a break, I guess.. Three corners have big traps, floor to ceiling. One corner has a hanging trap from the ceiling, my bed is in that corner so there's no way to add bigger trap to it. Here are the results:

That 54hz is still buggering me but I'm quite satisfied right now. Also 176hz and 300hz are something to think about but now a brake!

Hi Finnish !

Yeah ... it's nice to take some time to listen and evaluate all the work you've put into your room.

Let us know how its sounding compared to before!

Note: I don't recall what speakers you're using ...

But I notice the roll off in the low end starting ~95 Hz.

Do your monitors have any built in correction filters ?

Just did a search on them ...

No ... they don't have any ...
"There are no controls for tweaking the frequency response of the speakers, but there is an input sensitivity trim pot with a 20dB adjustment range. "

So ... the next question would be ...

How far are the monitors positioned from the front wall ?? You 'may' be able to get some 'boost' via positioning. Of course, it's a balancing act.

The concern is that you mixes might tend to a heavy bass when taken out of the room.

Back here.. Did some little tweaking with traps:

Bass is getting better all the time, little by little. Also the sharp dips around 300hz are getting better.

More tweaking...

300hz area is still a bit troublesome but I guess it's doable somehow. Yeah!

We had rehearsal tonight, just mixed quickly the stuff we played. I have to say I'm MORE than pleased with my mixing space at the moment!!!
