Default Redundant item volume line when using knobs

An option to turn off the graphic if we want is preferred. I can lose the line by setting the media item volume adjustment range to -inf +0db, but then I can't gain over 0 anymore. My preference would be to use the knob, lose the line, and be able to gain over 0.

After thinking about it again: the line is used for the fade graphics too.
