Some of these are very good - especially Bass Professor II.

From the ones included with REAPER, eventhorizon is nice and I have made good use of the Audio to MIDI Drum Trigger for drum replacement.

Default My favorite js plugin OZZIFIER

I have been searching for a VOCAL filter for those hard to record grainy voices. Some would call flat - monotone types. I recommend JS OZZIFIER. I am not exactly sure how it works. But it seems to put a harmonic overtone that smooths out hard to mix voice types. Maybe a slight delay type double tracking and/or chorus. (If the voice gets too 'wet' or overdone - just back off the wet or I like to double track the voice and use OZZIFIER on one of the tracks then render to one track after I am done. Well done JS plugins.

It's in the name. Refer to Crazy Train by Ozzy. Listen to his vox. 🤘🏻🤙🏻

Default Crazy Train

Yes that hits mail on the head. I graphic analyzed what the JS OZZIFIER does (thru Sonic Visualizer) It does seem to use EQ ing of certain harmonic overtoning and boosts these signals up the frequency levels. Maybe like high banding boost. I got to where I can somewhat mimick the sound through using double mono tracks and slightly delaying one of the tracks and high band boosting...either track(s). Love these nuggets of gold. happy hunting viva JS.
