Default Video follows envelopes/stretch markers/automation items

Video follows envelope edits & stretch markers

Anyone working on sound to picture can use this. I suggest an extra option in the video prefs.

You CAN actually do this, but the workaround is rather obscure and can be inprecise as it follows the mouse cursor (forum thread), and I've found almost nobody who figured this out by themselves.

Track envelopes, item envelopes, stretch markers, automation items. Maybe have an option per thing to follow.

Stuff where I use this, lightly since it's kind of a pain to do precisely:
  • Dialogue replacement & foreign language dubbing when pushing stretch markers around

  • Sound design when manipulating envelope points and automation items

Since there is a need for precision, let's have it in a proper way. Not a big deal, right ?
