Default Vocal tuning

I’ve tried all the methods under the son, to tune the vocal track on my project. I can’t, for the life of me manage it.
The project consists of 2 tracks. 1 being my acoustic guitar and the next being my vocals.
It’s a stereophonics song I’ve covered.
My vocals aren’t up to scratch and I’m really wanting to perfect it as a gift for my anniversary to my wife.
Is there anybody that can PLEASE do it for me?
It’s not too bad, so somebody with a half decent knowledge would find it a piece of cake.
Would anybody be so kind to help me?
if I send it over. I’ve added the original piece of music on a separate track, so you can hear the original.

Regards

Dave

How about a free trial of Melodyne.

30 days is way longer than you would need to do basic tuning.

Is this ethical for me to suggest this?
