Default Bug: Transient Setting Window keyboard input (pass through)

Hi,

v5.965, WIn

For some weird reason, when I tried to enter/delete (del/backspace key) numbers with keyboard (numpad) into the transient settings threshold, the input are bypassed and go to arrange view.

So if I want to delete a number, it will run the "delete active take" keyboard shortcut.

Here is demo with Del key:

notice how it delete items in background despite the fact transient setting is in focus.

Seems only numbers with SHIFT + Num can be enter in this window, the rest is pass through... even num keypad.

Yep this is especially annoying because it's unexpected, and potentially dangerous if it goes undetected and you accidentally delete some stuff offscreen without noticing.

I went through all the "..." menu windows, but "Transient detection sensitivity/threshold: Adjust..." was the only one that let through hotkeys when editing text fields.
