custom action "Toggle Snap" and "Snap to Grid" Main and MIDI

When I enable snap in the TCP area, I want it to also enable the snap for the MIDI editor, and vice versa. I've already linked the grids, but I want to link the actions "Toggle Snap" and "Snap to Grid". Custom actions won't let me create it because one of the actions is in "Main" and the other is in MIDI window.

Is there a workaround for this? Any tips? It seems odd to me that these are separated in the first place.

If anyone's curious, I didn't realize that you could have key commands use the same key depending on whether you're in the Arrange View, or MIDI Piano Roll. Set both "Grid Enabled" and "Snap to Grid" to "G". Problem solved.
