Default PDF-Xchange takeover

Guy's I need help
I am on a committee that run a non profit multisport event
I needed a program that would edit my text on a PDF
Guess what I downloaded PDF-Xchange and I understood that as long as
I did not use it for anything other than text I was okay.
Sometime after the start a warning came up that I had transgressed it was more than a warning it was a finality I swear I had only altered text.
I shut the thing down. and uninstalled it.
After this I went into my web construct page all my pdf' and I mean all had been tarred by this program. Even though uninstalled this program continues to show it's flag on my PDF's.
Is there any body out there that can help. I have written to the software program people.

Many thanks

Default

Thanks to all (just a little in house joke)
All sorted got a letter back from support
I thought this was wonderful.

That said the logo tag had disappeared when I went back to my computer.
I had not published the file in question so I deleted it into the rubbish bin
then went to the website and downloaded the pre edited version.
I possibly may had accidentally interfered with something I should not have that said though all I actually thought I had altered was the text.
The rub was too that I had originally made these PDF's myself. Trouble is one year on I can not remember what program I used.
Yes I am over 65.
