According to the screenshot the Input Monitoring button is enabled. But I can't see if the Track is Armed for Recording.

All relevant input and monitoring options are also accessible at once by right-clicking on the Record Arm button on the track.
And as metal_priest already mentioned, you don't need to use any direct hardware outputs on Track 1. Just make sure that the Behringer Stereo Out 1 / Out 2 (where the speakers are connected to) is set up as hardware output for the Master Track:
