open tempo marker as time signature by default?

Hi there,

i'm not really new to Reaper, but its my first post in this forum, so i put it into newbieland - hope it fits here.

I work quiet often with time signature changes leaving the overall tempo constant and it helps me a lot that there is a distinction - now with Vers. 5.7 - between tempo changes and time signature changes. But whenever i want to set a marker - e.g. by Shift+C - the dialog box opens with the option 'set tempo' ticked and 'set time signature' unticked.

Is there an action to do it the other way round, i.e. to set time signature as default option?
